There are currently two 社区 Choice Aggregation (CCA) providers serving customers within 西班牙&E’s service territory: 清洁能源联盟 (CEA) and 圣地亚哥 社区 Power (SDCP). The map below shows the areas served by these CCAs.
清洁能源联盟 (CEA)
背景: CEA is a California Joint Powers Authority formed as a CCA to provide power to residents of the following cities:
- 卡尔斯巴德
- 德尔
- 索拉纳海滩

- Vista
Service Launch Timeline: The city of 索拉纳海滩 began service in 2018 as the Solana Energy Alliance, and later joined the cities of 卡尔斯巴德 and 德尔 in 2021 to form 清洁能源联盟.
2023年4月开始, CEA will expand to serve the communities of 埃斯孔迪多 and 圣马科斯.
Net Energy Metering (NEM) customers will transition during their annual true-up month.

圣地亚哥 社区 Power (SDCP)
背景: SDCP is a California Joint Powers Authority formed as a CCA to provide power to residents of the following cities:

Service Launch Timeline: SDCP began service in the cities of 丘拉, 恩, 帝国的海滩, 拉梅萨, and 圣地亚哥 to municipal and business customers in 2021. 住宅 customers transitioned during the first half of 2022. Net Energy Metering (NEM) customers transition during their annual true-up month.
2023年4月开始, SDCP will expand to serve the unincorporated communities of the County of 圣地亚哥 as well as 国民城市银行.
